JS Agentic Framework Our operating method for human and AI delivery, evolved from the Agentic Project Management framework we began documenting in 2025. Five components work together: OKRs set direction, the OODA loop responds when something significant changes, the PDCA cycle codifies what worked back into the harness, the JS Agentic Harness executes, and Governance keeps accountability measurable at every decision gate.
